Program
Launch Leadership is a program of The Edge Sports & Arts Academy, in partnership with Destiny Church.

We are launching next-generation leaders and Christ-followers into church ministry, and beyond. This is happening through residencies and internships that prepare you for a lifetime of Jesus-centered ministry — in the church, in sports or the arts, the marketplace and the community.

We are looking for people who desire to integrate work and faith, are excited to learn, and be developed holistically. Either participating in the Residency Program or the Internship Program. You can be a recent high school or college graduate, or you can be a mid-career person seeking to change directions.
The Barnabas Project is a 9-month prestigious national cohort of young leaders who are making an impact in cities across the country.

It operates within an international network of Affiliates nationwide, providing Fellows with an unparalleled opportunity to connect, collaborate, and learn from like-minded peers.

This program is more than a fellowship—it is a launchpad for the next generation of city leaders dedicated to faith-driven service and transformation. Barnabas Fellows are young leaders (ages 18-24) committed to serving their communities, growing spiritually, and developing leadership skills through guided mentorship and service-learning.
