Launch Leadership
Launch Leadership is a program of The Edge Sports & Arts Academy, in partnership with Destiny Church. ​

We are looking for people who desire to integrate work and faith, are excited to learn, and be developed holistically. You can be a recent high school or college graduate, or you can be a mid-career person seeking to change directions.

Volunteer Experiences
The Barnabas Project is a prestigious 9-month fellowship for young adults (ages 18-24). This cohort of fellows is made up of local young people who are committed to serving the community and growing in their faith, leadership, and service. The Barnabas Project is a launchpad for the next generation of leaders dedicated to faith-driven service and
transformation!
As a Barnabas Fellow you will:

Engage in hands-on service (5 hours per week)

Participate in monthly cohort meetings

Receive guided mentorship

Complete an online formation curriculum
-
Receive a $3,600 stipend for faithful participation

This commitment adds up to about 20-25 hours per month, September through May.
