Project Overview
The Barnabas Project is a 9-month prestigious national cohort of young leaders who are making an impact in cities across the country.

It operates within an international network of Affiliates nationwide, providing Fellows with an unparalleled opportunity to connect, collaborate, and learn from like-minded peers.

This program is more than a fellowship—it is a launchpad for the next generation of city leaders dedicated to faith-driven service and transformation.
What is a Barnabas Fellow?

Barnabas Fellows are young leaders (ages 18-24) committed to serving their communities, growing spiritually, and developing leadership skills through guided mentorship and service-learning.

Engage in hands-on service (4-5 hours per week)

Participate in monthly cohort meetings & mentorship

Complete an online formation curriculum

Connect with like-minded peers across the country

Receive a $3,600 stipend for participation
Eligibility Requirements
